Slotted welded sieves

Slotted welded sieves are composed from profiled wires set one next to another in constant, defined spaces, joined with each other with the bars welded from the bottom. Wires used for sieves production are made in two varieties of profiles Sb or Sbb and in different frame dimensions of defined profile.

It is shown in attached schedules. The most common material used for the sieves production is chromium or chromium-nickel steel H17 or 0H18N9. Range of slots closes from 0,1 to 20,0 mm. Slotted welded sieves are characterized by large operational surface (clearance), smoothness of the surface and resistance to abrasion. Below schedule contains basic parameters of slotted welded sieves.
