Arc sieves

Arc sieves in mining industry are applied for dewatering products after enrichment process in suspensions or in sedimentation processes. They can also be used for fine coal desludging or in sludge control against flotation. Excluding mining industry, arc sieves can be applied for different products dewatering or removing solids from water or other liquids.

Advantages of the sieves:

Low level of vibration and noise,
Reliability,
Low costs of purchase and exploitation.

Moreover the sieves do not need a drive.

Arc sieves are produced in two different sizes of sieve insert radius, depending on capacity, kind of feed, size of solids and slots: R = 1018 mm or R = 2036 mm.

For each radius size the sieve insert can be made as standard in the following sizes: “B”: 1100, 1300, 1500, 1700, 1900, 2100, 3000. Besides of devices we also produce different arc sieve inserts, both acc. to our documentation and delivered by the customer. Depending on needs we offer slotted sieves in welded or loop variety in full range of slots sizes
