Singlecrimp

Single-notch folded sieves of the square mesh are very often used for screening loose materials of high or medium ability to be screened. They enables to obtain good acuity of solids class separation and are characterized by high durability. Light type can be used for material with solids 5-6 times bigger then mesh dimensions, medium type for material with solids 6-8 times bigger them mesh dimensions and heavy type for material with solids 8-10 times bigger then mesh dimensions. For medium and heavy sieves the upper limit of solids size is 200 mm. For material with solids bigger then 200 mm we suggest bars using, which are made individually for customer’s wish. Sieves made of wire thick up to 4 mm requires transverse or lengthwise tihtening in the screen riddle and can be equipped with catches.
Single-notch folded sieves are sieves pf plain weave. The are made of round, steel, spring wires execution I acc. to PN – 71/M – 80057. There is also possibility of sieves production of other materials. single-notch folded sieves are characterized by high durability of the weave and unchangeable size of mesh.

Max. dimensions of the sieve panel is defined by wire diameter:

  • WIRE DIAMETER – 3,2 mm
    – max. sieve width – 2200 mm
    – – max. sieve length – 25000 mm
  • WIRE DIAMETER – od 4 mm
    – max. sieve width – 2200 mm
    – max. sieve length – 4000 mm
